20日付の中央日報が「農心ラーメンのスープ原料からまた発がん性物質が検出」という見出しの記事をいったん掲載しながら、削除していました。削除した理由は、記事の見出しが読み手に誤解を与えるためだと思われます。
今回の事案は、ラーメンスープの原料の唐辛子の種油から基準値を上回る発がん性物質のベンゾピレンが検出されたものの、それを使った農心のラーメンスープからは、ベンゾピレンは（基準値以下でしか？）検出されなかったとの食品医薬品安全庁（食薬庁）の発表を、中央日報が「農心ラーメンのスープ原料からまた発がん性物質が検出」という見出しにしたためでしょうか。
似たような事案は2005年にもありました。

ＦＳＡインターネットホームページ（www.foodstandards.gov.uk）によると農心製品は放射線処理をした原料が含まれているのに、これを包装紙に表示していなかったことから輸入、販売禁止処分を受けた。（中央日報のサイトより）農心の製品は放射能処理をしておらず、FSAの記述も輸入禁止ではなく、リコール（回収）でした。もちろん現在でも英国では、マートやAmazonなどで農心の製品は売られています（英国のAmazonで売られている辛カップラーメン）。

SEOUL July 6 (Yonhap) -- Britain has never banned the imports and sales of instant noodle and snacks made by Nongshim Co. a leading South Korean foodstuff maker, the British Embassy in Seoul said Wednesday.
In a press release, the embassy denied a report late last month that Britain banned all imports from Nongshim, saying ""This is not the case."" But the embassy admitted that Nongshim's British importer, G. Costa & Co., had recalled the affected products as Nonghsim did not label the presence of irradiated ingredients. Britain's Food Standards Agency, the nation's food safety watchdog, posted a food warning on Nongshim's products on its website on June 15 and sounded a food alert. The embassy also stressed that Britain had placed no import ban on the South Korean company's products, saying the products can be imported to the nation at any time if they are stated on their wrapper whether their ingredients were legally irradiated. Nongshim said that the company will make efforts to resume its exports to the country after examining and clarifying the alleged the trade dispute. Nongshim exports about 1 billion won (US$950,000) of instant noodles and snacks to Britain a year, mainly for consumption by Koreans residing in the country.(THROUGH ASIA PULSE)
